柔性输送机链轮组件不平衡有四种基本类型:静不平衡、力偶不平衡、动不平衡和准静不平衡。当柔性输送机链轮组件静不平衡时,不平衡仅作用于柔性输送机链轮组件的径向平面,具有以下特点:
There are four basic types of unbalance of sprocket assembly of flexible conveyor: static unbalance, couple unbalance, dynamic unbalance and quasi-static unbalance. When the flexible conveyor sprocket assembly is statically unbalanced, the imbalance only acts on the radial plane of the flexible conveyor sprocket assembly, which has the following characteristics:
(1)只要柔性输送机链轮组件的惯性轴相对于旋转轴平行位移,柔性输送机链轮组件就会静态不平衡;

(3)当柔性输送机链轮组件旋转时,只有质量m产生的离心力和静不平衡力,而不平衡力偶为零;
