步骤1、使用修补条之前应把破损的输送带表面用打磨机或橡胶锉刀进行打毛处理。

Step 1. Before using the repair strip, roughen the damaged conveyor belt surface with a grinder or rubber file.

步骤2、将SC2002与固化剂UT-R40按100:4的比例混合均匀，混合后的SC2002应在2小时内使用完。

Step 2. Mix sc2002 and curing agent ut-r40 evenly in the proportion of 100:4, and the mixed sc2002 shall be used up within 2 hours.

步骤3、用毛刷将混合后的SC2002涂刷在输送带破损表面，先涂刷遍，完全干燥之后再进行第二遍涂刷。

Step 3. Brush the mixed sc2002 on the damaged surface of the conveyor belt with a brush, first brush it for the first time, and then brush it for the second time after it is completely dry.

步骤4、在输送带表面进行第二遍涂刷的同时，对修补条的CN层也进行涂刷 。

步骤5、当第二遍干燥到有轻度粘性时（不粘手背），将修补条贴在需要修补的表面。

步骤6、粘贴修补条时注意挤出气泡，需要用压实滚轮从中间向外用力滚压，然后再使用橡胶锤敲打结实。

Step 6. When pasting the repair strip, pay attention to extruding bubbles. Use the compaction roller to roll from the middle to the outside, and then use the rubber hammer to knock it firmly.

步骤7、Z后，沿着修补条的边缘部分，用毛刷再刷一圈混合后的SC2002，将修补条边缘覆盖住。

步骤8、充分干燥后，2小时后可开机运行。
