（1）输送带打滑。原因是滚筒的摩擦牵引力降低、超载或胶带被卡住。

(1) The conveyor belt slips. The reason is that the friction traction of the drum is reduced, overloaded or the tape is stuck.

①输送带使用一段时间后因塑性变形而伸长，致使皮带张力不够，摩擦牵引力降低而打滑。

① After a period of use, the conveyor belt is elongated due to plastic deformation, resulting in insufficient belt tension, reduced friction traction and slipping.

②输送与驱动滚筒的接触面浸入泥水、粉尘时，磨擦系数急剧下降，从而皮带打滑。

② When the contact surface between the conveyor and the driving drum is immersed in muddy water and dust, the friction coefficient decreases sharply, resulting in belt slip.

③托辊损坏、杂物缠绕、物料埋压等原因会使大量的托辊不转，损坏的皮带或接头在通过托辊时阻力增加，皮带跑偏严重，装载货物过多等均使输送带阻力过大而引起皮带打滑。

③ A large number of idlers will not rotate due to the damage of idlers, the winding of sundries, the buried pressure of materials and other reasons. The resistance of the damaged belt or joint increases when passing through the idlers, the belt deviation is serious, and too much goods are loaded. All these make the resistance of the conveyor belt too large and cause the belt to slip.

①加强运行管理、控制给物料量、禁止超载运行。正常使用打滑保护装置，打滑时通过传感器发出信号，自动停机，便于维护处理。

②定期或及时调整输送带张力。配置相应的张紧装置，打滑时可通过添加配重来解决；对雨、雪天气打滑，配置具有自动增加张紧力补偿功能，同时具有断带自动停机功能。

② Adjust the conveyor belt tension regularly or timely. The corresponding tensioning device shall be configured, and the sliding can be solved by adding counterweight; In case of slipping in rainy and snowy weather, the configuration has the function of automatically increasing tension compensation and automatic shutdown in case of belt breaking.

③采取防淋水措施，增设上带非工作面清扫器，增强操作者的责任心，及时辊筒上的泥水、物料等杂物。
